He should have brought the goggles with heating lenses as he felt cold. The road was covered with hard ice on the ruts. He found the traces of a bike which was his. It means there was very small precipitation after Mikuni Pass 43. The road was covered with thin layer of fresh snow around the summit. After reaching the summit, he descended comfortably in the back catabatic wind. He did the interval training during the descent.
