Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 177
Temperature: minus 12 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
It was snowing heavily at the beginning but it ceased soon after the start. The snow on the road was not well compacted. So he needed a lot of power to climb especially above 900m of altitude. He canceled the interval training at the summit because some construction work was underway there. On the descent, he could speed below 900m of altitude as the snow was already a little better compacted.
