Temperature: minus 11 degrees Celsius at the Mikuni Pass
You could see the Mt.Daisetsu (Mt.Taisetsu) at the beginning. The snow on the road was sticky because of snow melting agent at low altitudes. But gaining the altitude, the temperature went down and the quality of snow on the road became better in spite of the snow melting agent. After the climbing at the summit, he did the interval training during the decent. Il began to snow and the Mt.Daisetsu disappeared from the sight.
