Temperature: minus 12 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen)
At the beginning, the peaks of mountains were covered with clouds. On the first climb, he did the interval training at the summit. After the first climb, he descended up to the altitude of 870m and climbed again and went to the Fukiage Hot Springs in order to do long sprint training. In the meantime, the most of clouds dissipated. He climbed again up to the summit: Tokachidake Hot Springs and repeated the interval training many times there under the blue sky.
