Mt.Tokachidake (Mt.Tokachi) 108
Temperature: minus 11 degrees Celsius at the Tokachidake Hot Springs (Tokachidake Onsen).
Trees were covered with soft rime above 800m of altitude. This day, he started from the summit and descended first. He climbed via the Fukiage Hot Springs and did a long sprint training on the small hill there. Then he climbed up to the summit and descended again. At the end of the final climb, he did another set of interval training.
