Temperature: minus 3 degrees Celsius in Shinshinotsu

Shinshinotsu is known as a region where it snows a lot. However, this season, it was different. We had very few snow there. Usually Ishikari Bay micro-depression which rarely developed this season has strong influence on this region and brings about huge snowfall. Moreover, the temperature was a little too high for this region.
